The Training Community is an intentional, missional discipleship community that
journeys into a discovery of the nature and character of God and how to artfully
participate in manifesting the ministry of Jesus in the world.
We believe that the chief end of discipleship is Christ-likeness. God the
Father dreams of incarnating the life of His Son in us individually, while
weaving us together corporately by the Spirit. It is then, through our
lives that He brings to pass His purposes on earth.
The specific dreams of God for our lives are discovered within a natural
process of relationship with Him and one another. This is why we are, by
design, a discipleship community and not a training school. We are an
extended family committed to God and to one another, and this is the
strength of what we offer.
We explore the three great dimensions of Christian discipleship, set out
by Jesus in the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. These three
dimensions may be summarized as:

[equipping you to be kind to people]
"You shall love your neighbor as yourself." (Lk 10:27)
[equipping you to take the Gospel to the world]
"Go and make disciples of all nations." (Mt.28:19)

thou mayest be stripped of all selfishness and with entire simplicity follow
Jesus only."

We invite you to harness your young adult season of life, come journey
with us as together we pursue Jesus, grow up into His likeness, and
participate in His love for the world.
We host a 1-3 year discipleship and equipping season for post high school
to mid twenty-somethings in a hub venue in Madison, Wisconsin, learning
alongside our friends in a network of regional, national and international
hotspot communities. Come join our global village and enter a gateway
to a world of opportunities.
