Training Community Director

Joe Steinke Joe Steinke is the Young Adult Pastor at Mad City Church and Director of The Greenhouse Training Community.  He is a mentor and a coach to those in process of discovering who God is, who they are, how they fit into His Body, and what are the purposes He has for their individual lives.  Joe also has a particular passion to see people released and employed in the use of their gifts to impact culture with the transforming love of Christ.

Training Community Teaching Elders

Angie Steinke is a mother of five children, a potter, and a lover of people in process.  She has a unique calling on her life to be a mother to this young adult generation, as they learn to love God as their Father and one another as brothers and sisters in the family of God.

Elliott Pollasch has been a student and lover of the Word of God for over 30 years.  His profound gift for teaching, his father's heart, and his contagious love for the Word of God bring his students into the transforming presence of the mind and heart of Christ with every subject he teaches.
