The Training Community will participate in the weekly, monthly and annual rhythms of the Greenhouse Community's prayer, mission, and justice initiatives, honoring a commitment to experiential learning as responsible members of a community.  Shared meals in neighborhood homes and creative projects in public venues will clarify our communion with one another and give intentional impulse to love our neighbors well.  Mentor small groups will be the context for life conversations and soul care.  Each small group will find a rhythm of participation in the Greenhouse Community that best fits their interests, capacity and context. The mentor/guides are a group of generous hearted people who have gone through the Training Community and believe you are worth an investment of their time and friendship.  No one person will ever be the full spectrum of what we need to grow up and flourish into a fruitful life.  So, your mentor /guide /friend /small group facilitator will only be a voice of input, a place to process what you are learning, and bring accountability to the things that may be challenging in your discipleship experience.  Please offer them a grace-filled, open handed, generous disposition as you set your primary expectations for personal growth and transformation into the care of the only One who is big enough to hold you.  They're signing up to walk alongside you, not to carry you around.

Weekly participation in the Discipleship Journey, the God Story, and the Blueprint will fill out the instruction side of the Transit experience. Mentoring will be available in the small group settings and from the teaching elders throughout the training year.
